A proposal developed by IGPA's Center for Prevention Research and Development in partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services is among four nationwide to receive up to $2.3 million per year for up to five years to help build capacity to fight underage drinking. The grants will be awarded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
