Kathy is the program coordinator at the Institute of Government and Public Affairs. In this role she manages special projects and develops programming for IGPA’s extensive public engagement agenda.

 

Before joining IGPA in 2009, Kathy served as the Deputy Downstate Director in the office of Senator Barack Obama. Kathy received her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and her undergraduate degree from Millikin University.
