Conference of Women Legislators

The Conference of Women Legislators is a bipartisan caucus of women elected to the Illinois General Assembly. Its goal is to advance public policies that improve the quality of life of Illinois women, children and families, and to work toward educational opportunity and economic independence for Illinois women. COWL and IGPA work together on initiatives of mutual interest, most notably the NEW Leadership Illinois program.
