Senator Richard G. Lugar, recipient of the 2007 Paul H. Douglas Ethics in Government Award from the University of Illinois will speak about the close relationship in public service between ethical behavior and a public official’s willingness to embrace bipartisanship. This event will take place at the Illini Union in Urbana.
