Geoffrey Hewings analyzes impact of federal stimulus and state projects bill
IGPA economist Geoffrey Hewings has analyzed the impact on the Illinois economy of the federal stimulus package and of Illinois House Bill 210, which provides for a$3 billion mini-capital construction program for state road projects to be started right away and other needs. This analysis has been provided to the Illinois General Assembly.
